30HR Neuro-Informed Breathwork Training (Online)

& (break for long weekend)

July 14 – Aug 1, 2025

30HR Endocrine System, Hormones & Mental Health 101 (Online)

The below are two short courses / continuing education for students, health care workers or anyone interested in the subjects of modern wellness this spring/summer. They are also ideal courses for current or prospective teachers this spring/summer in the subjects of: breathwork, anatomy/physiology, energetics, meditation and application in leadership/teaching/your work. I aim to teach with levity / a sense of humor – and use case studies, practices and plenty of visuals to keep you engaged and fascinated.

Teaching is my passion because I thrive in seeing YOU learn/succeed and apply in real life.

These courses are recognized as continuing education credits (YACEP) for current yoga teachers, however, you do not need to be a teacher to attend these courses. I recommend taking them together – as they compliment one another!

Please note that the early bird for both courses ENDS MAY 30, 2025. However, if you’d like to attend BOTH courses, please e-transfer the discounted tuition options $900 to juliamariemccabe@gmail.com EARLY BIRD FOR BOTH BEFORE MAY 30, 2025 or LATE BIRD (still discounted) AFTER MAY 30, 2025) $1100 (save $200) to juliamariemccabe@gmail.com.

All tuition fees are in Canadian dollars and payment plans to facilitate your budget can also be arranged, just email me and we can work it out!

Why get certified?

Respiratory sciences, meditation and pranayama, are allies in our collective mental wellness and are being integrated into many workplaces beyond yoga studios. Knowing how to integrate tools skillfully will help your offerings as a coach, parent, guide, mentor, teacher, dula/midwife, therapist, and bodyworker. Breath is one of the most accessible tools regardless of age, fitness, and persons with disabilities; foundational for nervous system self-regulation, sleep and overall wellness. Yet many don’t know how due to trauma, illness, or culture. This requires an embodiment of the practices (self-study) and a strong foundation of science to be a skilful guide. What NOT to do is as important as teaching what to do.

Pre-requisites for breath course:

a) That you are either a non-smoker or someone determined to quit in partnership with this course. Make a pact with us, and let us support you!

b) An open mind. That you arrive like an empty cup.

c) You are a lover of good health and would like to learn more and help others for the greater good.

These courses will be registered with my school via The Yoga Alliance and can contribute to continuing education credits. However, you do not have to be a yoga teacher to attend.

Could you do this course at your own pace? Yes!

After we finish it, we can also book an appointment to go over the certification option if you’re interested in it.
