About Julia: I have recently completed my post-graduate degree in Neuroscience and Mental Health at Kings College London and have my B.Ed in Kinesiology from McGill. I have graduated over 1000 students/teachers from my school and online programs, and have taught yoga, breathwork/pranayama and meditation for twenty years. I am also a Rhodes College, Vancouver faculty member, teaching anatomy, physiology, and yoga therapy. My online wellness & breathwork studio has been thriving since 2020 with over 1000+ subscribers.
My first teacher in the passing of yogic wisdom was Sri Tiwari Ji, a leading authority in pranayama and direct disciple of late Swami Kuvalayanandaji, founder of Kaivalyadhama, a pioneer institute in the field of scientific research in yoga.
