T H E   M E T H O D  &  

W H A T   Y O U   R E C E I V E :

 

During our time together the methods will be steeped in:

a) Mindfulness-based techniques & what has worked over my twenty years of teaching yoga.

b) Tools and protocols found in neuroscience research.

c) The six and one-year contract gives you access to ALL of my material including the digital studio (1000 + classes, valued at $375) access to all educational courses or any concurrent meditation programs (valued at $300 – $800 per program), access to my 30hr neuro-informed breathwork trainings ($750 value) & a generous discount to my upcoming 2026 teacher trainings.

d) Together we also co-create an accountability list (per week). I send you extensive notes from our meeting as well to work from.

*I like to be transparent that I am not a therapist or psychiatrist – but our sessions can be therapeutic in nature.  I recommend you have a healthcare professional on your team during our time together if that feels right for you.

A P P L I C A T I O N S  O F  

T H E    M E T H O D :

 

a) A client who struggles with anxiety and is also building a new business:  We will work within the framework of an anxiety toolkit protocol I have created (breath, homework, tools) to support their nervous system + and also explore how reframing/transmuting anxiety can inform how they are building their business.

 

b) A client who has an injury but is experiencing mental blocks around healing – it feels impossible to overcome: There will be a specific protocol around those mental blocks and working on a realistic healing program that may involve outsourcing expertise, as well as a three-month protocol for mental clearing.

 

c) A client who is building a business in health wellness. We will have weekly meetings workshopping your ideas, goals into steps and timelines. The only difference between you and someone who is “successful” is an action plan. I recommend the six to one year contract for this. I have built my own business from scratch and overcome many obstacles – I love sharing the hacks, the dos vs what not-to-dos of this multi-billion dollar industry. 

 

d) A client who has a neuro-sensitivity and it’s interfering with their quality of life, relationships and work. (For example, ADHD or concussion symptoms). We will have weekly meetings applying tools and techniques specific to this brain or mood condition. For example, I have a wealth of information regarding ADHD and ways to manage your symptoms.

B I O :

 

I believe in integrating ancient wisdom with the wisdom of modern day relevance (how will this help your life…for real?) My work has been steeped for over twenty years within the fields of education, psychology, yogic philosophy and more recently, neuroscience.

I have recently completed my post-graduate degree in Neuroscience, Psychology and Mental Health at Kings College London and have my B.Ed in Kinesiology from McGill. I have graduated over 1000 students/teachers from my school and online programs and have taught yoga, breathwork/pranayama and meditation for twenty years. I am also a Rhodes College, Vancouver faculty member, teaching anatomy, physiology, and yoga therapy. My online wellness & breathwork studio has been thriving, with over 2000+ subscribers since 2020.
